System Rebuilds - $150
A complete rebuild of your existing system. Includes a backup of your important files, re-installation of operating system and software, security optimization, and configuration on your network. We also hook up your printer, external hard drive, or what ever other device you have.
Virus and Spyware Removal - $100 - $150
Depending on the level of infection. Friendly Computer Help caps the fee for this service due to the length of time it may take to fully clean a system.

The Block Time program is designed to offer our small business clients a way to save on our services. Friendly Computer Help offers discounted rates on our General Labor fee for pre-paid "Blocks". Here's how it works:
You pre-purchase 5 General Labor hours called a "Block" at a discounted rate. You then use this Block Time instead of paying the General Labor fee for our services. It's that simple! The more Blocks you purchase, the lower our rates get.

Travel Fee
A travel fee of $20 may apply for services rendered over 45 minutes traveling time from our headquarters.
